Shipping, returns & warranty
For orders from 45 euros within the Netherlands and from 50 euros to Belgium, shipping costs are free. If you order less, you pay 5.95 euros for shipments in the Netherlands and 6.95 euros for Belgium. These amounts are based on the product value and exclude shipping costs. We use both DHL and PostNL for delivery. Do you order before 11:45 PM in the Netherlands? We will then usually ship your package the same day, provided there are no special situations. You will normally receive your package the next working day, depending on the courier service.
Would you like to pick up? This is possible at both DHL and PostNL collection points. Please note: PostNL parcel machines are excluded. If you select this, we will automatically choose another pickup point nearby for you.
After placing your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with shipping confirmation and tracking information. CGhair is not responsible for any delays by DHL or PostNL.

Returns procedure
You can return products within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Any reduction in value due to damage may be charged. Therefore, ensure careful and sturdy packaging when returning.
Do you want to return? Please report this within 14 days. After registration you have another 14 days to return the products. This is at your own expense and risk. If possible, use the original packaging.
After receiving the return shipment, we will transfer the amount to the payment account used within 10 working days. Do you want to exchange a product? Please contact us.
Warranty conditions
All products have a two-month warranty. If a product becomes defective within this period, please send an email to support@cgnatural.com or complete our contact form. Please include a brief description and a photo of the damaged item. You can also contact us for products that are damaged upon arrival. We look at each situation individually and look for a suitable solution.
