How long will it take to receive my order?
If you place your order by 11:45 pm CET, we will ship it out the same day. Assuming no delays from the shipping carrier, you should receive your order by the next business day.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are determined by your location. All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium over €50 qualify for free shipping. For orders under €50, the shipping fee is €5.95.

We offer products tailored for both damaged and undamaged hair. If your hair is damaged from actions like frequent dyeing or heat treatments, it requires larger protein molecules for recovery. On the other hand, if your hair is undamaged, products with smaller protein molecules are ideal. You can utilize the filter on our website to sort products based on whether your hair is damaged or undamaged.
